
Is it true that most people have a specific day of the week for indulgence? Is this what the younger crowd calls a “cheat day?” If so, we have one of those days, too. For the past few years, almost every Friday we indulge in delicious homemade pizza using premium ingredients. We’ve been known to collect pizza toppings whenever we see an ingredient that we know will undoubtedly sit perfectly on top of our thin, crunchy crust! I’ve brought back organic, raw cheeses from trips, salami and olives from Italy… we even order organic seeds from Italy to grow our own basil towers and San Marzano -JUST FOR PIZZA, lol… this is how serious we take our Pizza Fridays. Anyway, I realized it’s been way too long since I’ve shared a pizza photo. Today we enjoyed it for breakfast. We paired it with an organic matcha latte. Boy, it was indeed scrumptious!
