This cake is so moist and creamy. It has not only one topping, but two! However, should you decide to go with just one topping, I highly recommend the Almond Toffee because the sweet crunch paired up with the soft cake is an excellent combination. Needless to say, this cake is something you CAN confidently place on Thanksgiving dessert table. People enjoy it served warm, or at room temperature.
I’ve made it in cake form, as pictured, and I’ve made individual cakes in mini cake moulds. Store any leftovers (should there be any) in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
