Delivering Delicious Okonomiyaki for Any Time of the Day
Proving that savory cabbage cakes can be a great breakfast platform when layered with a variety of ingredients!

Since early January 2025, we’ve been adding cabbage, in some form, to our meals at least 3 to 4 times a week. I’ve made a few jars of copycat KrautChi (I’ll be posting the tasty recipe, soon!), some Polish soups, some Cole Slaw, added shredded cabbage to tacos, but the most delicious for us, is making Okonomiyaki!
Our annual physicals had our doctors suggesting more fiber. As usual, doctors always recommend Metamucil, but that’s a huge no for me. I will focus on healthy, clean food, rather than bottles of the ‘mucil stuff.
