Not Just Gluten-free, It's Grain-free, And Nut-free, too?
Yes, and this bread tastes so great!

Easter Weekend. Already? Can you believe it?
This morning, I made three loaves of my Keto Sandwich Bread (the grain-free & nut-free version), to give as gifts to a couple of other gluten-free friends for Sunday. One friend is going to make Japanese Tamago Sando’s for her family, so this bread, as opposed to the usual Shokupan (Japanese Milk Bread) used for these types of Sando’s, will be put to the strength test for sure. If you know anything about Tamago Sando’s, you know that the bread slices are usually cut thick, almost Texas Toast thick. I hope she and her family enjoy their Easter Brunch!
What would you make with this bread? As I ask this, I am reminded that I’ve never posted the recipe for the Bread Pudding I made. It turned out so fragrant (I added cardamom), so I’ll be sure to post this soon.
